Job vacancy at CHANGE

CHANGE’s purpose is to challenge the injustices experienced by people with learning disabilities by addressing issues of power. Working as equal partners of people with disabilities, we use new ways to drive change and enable genuine inclusion.

CHANGE is joining the Advonet group from September 1st. Advonet is a Leeds-based advocacy organisation with complementary vision and values to those of CHANGE. The move will free CHANGE up to focus on its strengths of securing social justice for people with learning and other disabilities.

"On the anniversary itself, our campaign will be holding a vigil soon after the reading of the names of the Peterloo Protesters who were massacred.

We have been amazingly successful so far but we are not there yet and a good solution has still not been devised, but we are hoping to have more news next week.
