Welfare benefits advice

We have one part-time role funded to provide welfare benefits advice for disabled people of any age living in Manchester.

Contact Maureen on 07782 556033 (voice, text, WhatsApp) or email  maureen@gmcdp.com

Maureen works part time, Monday – Wednesday, but you can leave a message any time.

If you live in one of the other boroughs of Greater Manchester and need advice about benefits please contact Greater Manchester Law Centre. They can also support with housing, employment and other issues.

You are welcome to come along to the online and in person events that we run as part of the Manchester Disabled People's Project before, during and/or after you have welfare benefits advice. These events are free and come with support for your access needs. Many people like to start with our online coffee meetings.

We are not able to offer advocacy at the moment.  Other organisations that may be able to help include:
Gaddum (Manchester)
Irish Community Care (Manchester)
Motiv8 Greater Manchester

We are not linked with, or working in partnership with any individual, or other organisations/groups in our advice  provision. Any statements to the contrary are incorrect and misleading. If you have any concerns about an individual or organisation proposing they are working with GMCDP providing advice or advocacy, please let us know.
