- Arrange to meet your MP face to face to explain the personal impact of the proposals on you
- Join protests either in person or online*
- Sign the petition to stop the cuts: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/723991
- Write to your MP (find your MP) - you can use this template from Inclusion London if you receive disability-related benefits (and there's a second option for people who want to write to their MP in support of disabled people).
- Share this with friends and family
- Engage with social media
