Vacancy for Operational Services Manager
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Based in North Manchester
As a member of our Company Management Team you will be the operational lead for the management & development of a diverse range of employment & independent living services which support disabled people to participate fully in society and mainstream employment.
You will have a crucial role contributing to the proper governance, management, operation and development of Breakthrough's services with particular responsibility for the efficient and effective day to day operational management of our diverse portfolio of employment and independent living services for disabled people.

You will be able to demonstrate success in driving high levels of performance by individual front line staff and teams to meet challenging targets and deliver specified client outcomes. You will provide direction, supervision and mentoring to staff to enable them to effectively support clients who face disabling barriers to participation in society and employment. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills in order to establish and maintain effective partnership working with other service providers and employers to ensure opportunities for clients and to raise Breakthrough's profile both as an exemplar service provider and employer of disabled people and as innovators of policy and good practice.
You will have excellent organisation and time management skills, an ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team and the vision to spot and exploit business opportunities to contribute to our long term sustainability.
