Join us for Afternoon Tea at Cloud 23 at The Hilton offers a classic afternoon tea experience with a variety of finger sandwiches, pastries, scones.

The Hilton Hotel offer veggie, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and a low-salt afternoon tea. Please be aware that the kitchen environment does have presence of allergens just in case the gluten/nut allergy is severe.

Timings:

• 11.45am arrival
• Afternoon Tea runs 12noon to 3pm approximately

Getting there:

• Local travel expenses can be covered - receipts required - ask for details.

• We can arrange and pay for a (wheelchair accessible) taxi for you as needed - please say when you register if you want this.

• Hilton Hotel Deansgate is located at 303 Deansgate Manchester M3 4LQ just 3 minutes walk from Deansgate Castlefield and 10 minutes walk from Oxford Road Station.

• Taxi drop offs and pick ups are immediately outside the building

• There is NCP Car Park Manchester Central, Lower Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3GX which a 8 minutes walk to the Hilton Hotel. 

GMCDP offers:

• Free Afternoon Tea at the venue (limits apply)
• A free Afternoon Tea for your PA (if you need one)
• To book a PA for you (if you need one)
• To arrange taxis for you (if you need them - we can arrange a wheelchair-accessible taxi if you need one)
• To refund your tram or bus ticket - you will need to show us your ticket
• Someone can meet you outside if you want
• An information pack with photos and directions to help you prepare for the event
• BSL interpreters for you to socialise with the group (notice required)
