GMCDP launch Disabled People's Manifesto

GMCDP, in conjunction with other disabled people's organisations throughout Greater Manchester, have written a Disabled People's Manifesto. The manifesto was sent to the mayoral candidates, of which Labour's Andy Burnham eventually won.
