What is the Sparkle Weekend?
The Sparkle Weekend is a festival-style family weekend event in Sackville Gardens, Manchester. It is for everyone who identifies as trans, non binary and gender variant, and their friends, families and allies. All ages are welcome!
Which part is GMCDP going for?
GMCDP has spoken with the Sparkle Weekend organisers to check accessibility of the event as a whole. We plan to go for the quieter time slot of 10.30am to 12noon on Saturday. We may stay a bit longer than this - details to follow.

From 12noon to 5pm, there will be a Sparkle Sanctuary (quiet, sensory friendly space with relaxing activities).
