From Omnimusic
Omnimusic specialises in using assistive music technology to make music production and performance as accessible as possible. We’re looking for people who might want to be part of a new inclusive music project in Stockport called "The Song Forge".
The idea will be to produce music and songs which draw on Stockport’s industrial heritage for inspiration. The styles of the music will be up to the musicians in the group - Dance, Classical, Folk, Americana, Electronica etc, or a mix of all of them - whatever people want to do!
We’d also like to work towards playing live as we get a great buzz from performing what we manage to get together. We’re also into using visuals alongside the music we make, so there will be opportunities to integrate photography, film and art into the project.
