Get out Get Active (GOGA) is a new scheme being promoted by Disability Rights UK to get more disabled and non-disabled people taking part in, physical activity and sport together in their local area. It covers Manchester City, Wigan and Rochdale.
What are they doing in Manchester?
There are lots of inclusive activities happening in Manchester- from dance to climbing, from walking football to boccia. Some are free and some are very low-cost.
These activities are being co-ordinated by GreaterSport (County Sports Partnership or CSP)
