Come join the discussion on disability and discrimination and explore how communities can come together to tackle this important issue.
Consider questions such as:
- How can we challenge hate crime against disabled people?
- What changes should be made to work capability assessments?
- Why are disabled people still so invisible in our communities?
Don't just listen - Dialogue!
The format for dialogues is a conversation and not a debate. People can share personal experiences and opinions. When we disagree we do so with respect. This is about listening and sharing.
All discourse should be undertaken in a spirit of understanding, hearing others – an antidote to ‘fake news’ and conflict-speak.
