This session will aim to raise awareness of techniques and tips disabled people can use when they feel overwhelmed with the world. It will focus on the huge impact COVID-19 has had on the disabled community and draw on points raised in previous mental health worskshops. Members should leave feeling reassured that community organisations can provide some resilence by delivering advocacy. They should also have some practical advice that enables them to develop their own coping mechanisms.
