The second session will be around employing Personal Assistants (P.A's) during the Covid-19 pandemic and further. This session will be particularly useful for our members who want to live as independently as possible but may also require a little extra support at home. This session will aim to cover those who employ a P.A using direct payments either from your local authority, NHS continuing care, or those who are self-funded. It aims to provide you with a variety of resources to help make your role as an individual employer a little easier.
